ok so I waited to reply....just to see how much feedback to deal with....that said lets get the story straight.....first of all Ed, not "mad" disappointed would be a better discription of my feelings especially after reading your post. Last time we played you brought this up and I did tell you we were working on improvement, now only three weeks later you're not happy again....I guess in this internet paced world 3 weeks should have been enough.....now back to your post... I did suggest to my player to speed it up a bit and she said she would try. I don't expect anything more from any of my players or any one else for that matter...you just assumed that I didn't say anything and went to the "division rep" and took it one step further
Thanks for that! Now to all concerned ... MY players will continue to play and try to have fun on league nights. Oh yea and the judgement call on her player # being in the 2000's good call. I looked up yours (01537) what up ??

Ok.... Well I know that this is a big topic right now on this player Mike. As a captain our team did deal with this on going problem as well on both 8 and 9 ball matches. We addressed the issue with the Captain of that team and yourself Mike. Your response was remember when you were a 3. Point is Mike that you have been in this league for many years and are aware of the rules. You are skilled player and a good coach so as a coach and a captain you should teach your players to shoot within the APA guildlines. I think you would agree that a match pairing two skill level 3's should not go for 1:45 to over 2hours which were timed by league reps. Frustrasions have run high durning this season, I must admit I have to support Ed in finally taking a stand. It is not that we are against any player. We are just concerned with the atmosphire that has resulted from the slow play issue. We always look forward to our matches with your teams next season. We know with your skills and ablities you will be able to help you player decrease the lag time in between each shoot.

Happy Holidays to all and we look forward to seeing you all next season.

mike, look im sorry i "disappointed" you. you looked and acted mad not disappointed. yes i do expect improvement in 3 weeks. especially if its been going on most of the season. if you did say something to your player and she said she would try then why did she take longer AFTER i said something. thats why i went to torsten. her player number was in response to someone saying she was a NEW player. she is not new as i am not a new player. like i said mike i like you. i love to play you! your game is amazing. it just seems like when it comes to how slow she plays you just dont care much. and i want to say most people love you because they respond to me on facebook in my inbox instead of posting here. i dont want to piss you off, and i would like to remain your friend. i just felt (and still feel) that this needs to be dealt with.
sorry

ed

ok so i might be a 7
