Posted - 09/30/2010 : 7:06:44 PM That's a good place to keep it. Whenever any team, for whatever reason, wants to change locations, they should bring their request to us, in private, and we'll be happy to discuss it with them. We have to approve location changes after the start of a session. It's not an uncommon thing, but sometimes we do have to say no.

Posted - 09/30/2010 : 4:21:26 PM There is more to it than that Derrick. Do you really want a bunch of people you may or may not know in your home on a weekly basis. All it takes is one wrong person and you come home to an empty house, or one person falls down your stairs and there is a lawsuit. Personally I don't think it is worth it. But that is just me.
These are the opinons of this poster and are not necessarily shared by me or anyone else. |

Posted - 09/30/2010 : 12:36:23 PM It is not a matter of volunteering. It is permissable, and has been done before. Your home can be used as your host location. However, I would be remiss if I didn't point out the one draw back of doing this....liability issues (drinking/driving).
Having brought that to your attention, if you would like to use your home as your host location, you are welcome to do so. |
