I am the captain of my 8 ball team & we have qualified for the Fall Tournament of Champions, January 24. Two of my players have decided they don't want to play this winter/spring session. Are they still eligible to play in the ToC  |

As long as they pay their 2009 membership and have met the other eligibility requirements (four matches with the team in the fall, at least six total), they are eligible to play.
