Posted - 07/24/2005 : 1:29:54 PM Once again, apologies for the delay. We have a lot of things going on right now, and photos on the web site are at the bottom of the priority list. I'll try to get them up (and the Regionals too) in the next couple of weeks.

Posted - 07/08/2005 : 5:07:51 PM The MVP tiers are set up to match the tiers in the National Singles Program. The national program is set up that way to balance the number of participants in each tier. The 4-5 tier is always the largest in terms of participation, even though it has the smallest spread of skill levels. We see the same thing in the MVP tournaments themselves - even though there are equal numbers of players invited in each tier of a format (8-Ball or 9-Ball), the 4-5 tier is always the biggest tournament.

Posted - 07/08/2005 : 3:36:39 PM Phil & Taz, This is merely a curiosity question. Why are the categories split in 9 ball the way they are Skill levels 1 to 3, 4 & 5, 6 to 9 Why not 1& 2, 3 &4, 5 & 6, 7 & 8 then 9's I know this would be more categories but if that is the only reason... Why not 1 to 3, 4 to 6, 7 to 9
Seems like the 4&5 is where to be as the categories stand now. As always, Thanks for be great league operators. Keep up the good job!
