When is the roster set for the SL i have a 4 4 and 6 and would like to submit my team while the SL of the players are this.

When are the SL locked in?

Skill levels are "frozen for entry purposes only" after we score all of this week's matches.

What that means is as of Saturday, if your team is at a combined SL14 or less, you have entered the tournament legally and will not be asked to change your roster if one of your players goes up; that player will just HAVE to certify themselves (and play) at the higher skill level.
