I've had a few players ask if there was still a chance to qualify this year. Actually, the qualifying window officially closes on Nov. 30; however, we can get away with running some boards on Saturday, December 2 (I'll have to fed-ex them on Monday), as long as the winners pay for their boards that day so we don't hold up the processing time.
I'll let you all know place and start time later today (have to speak to bar owner, but would like to try The Lamp in Camarillo starting at noon).
I NEED A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO COMMIT. PLEASE POST A RESPONSE ON THIS THREAD.

We got the green light from Nancy McKinney. The Lamplighter will open the tables for us to run Singles Qualifiers on Saturday, December 2. The Lamp will open at Noon. Qualifiers will start at 12:30pm.
THE CATCH -- I need to have at least six people reply to this message. Also, the entry fee (special "last chance" $80 will be extended)will be due and payable that day. |

Unfortunately, only one reply was posted and one phone call received. Qualifiers will not be happening after all.
National Qualifiers have been scheduled at PJ's Pub as follows:
Saturday, January 13th, 8-Ball SL 6-7
Saturday, January 20th, 9-Ball SL 1-3
Most likely we will also be scheduling a National Qualifier for 8-Ball SL4-5 (waiting for fees to be submitted this coming week).
Players who are qualified in the Singles Program in all other tiers 9-Ball SL 4-5 & 6-9 and 8-Ball 2-3 will be competing in the regular "Spring Regional" to be held on March 3-4, 2007 at The Mix. |
