The brackets for the Summer Session Tournament of Champions have been drawn and posted on the TOC page of the website. A link to the TOC page has been added to the home page. Enjoy!

Question about the brackets...
I noticed in the 9-ball brackets, there are 15 teams. Of the 15 teams shouldn't 13 be playoff champion teams and 2 be division champion teams? It is written the other way, 13 div. champs and only 2 playoff champs. Since, I believe there are only two divisions with the required 12 teams to produce an automatic bid by being the regular season division champ? The 8-ball brackets are written similar.
The only reason I bring this up, I was talking to a friend today & he is under the impression, his team is already in the tournament of Champions, due to the fact they won their regular season division. (with only 5 teams)...

The brackets are correct. The only divisions that have playoff champions are the big divisions. Every division has a division champion.

I thought every division had a playoff champ & only the large divisions had a division champ (regular season) & a playoff champ?

You thought wrong.

In divisions with less than 12 teams, the winner of the playoffs earns the title of Division Champion and advances to the Tournament Of Champions.

In divisions with 12 or more teams, the first place team at the end of the regular session is declared Division Champion (bypasses the playoffs and advances to the TOC). The winner of the playoffs is the Playoffs Champion and also qualifies for TOC.
