Information on the Spring Session Tournament of Champions has been posted on this site. From the home page you can click the link on the right to get to the TOC page, and from there you can see the brackets and schedules. The brackets have placeholders for each team, because we (obviously) don't know all the teams at this point.
The 9-Ball bracket may look a little strange, with byes placed in odd positions. We did it this way so nine teams advance to the second round and qualify for the South Coast Championships. Placement of byes on the board is done prior to the RANDOM placement of teams, in case anyone is wondering.

Phil, The dates. times and brackets for the tournament of Champions have been posted for several weeks now. 8 ball is Saturday, May 30th. http://www.southcoastapa.com/Events/TOC/2009Spring8Ball.pdf
I recieved a letter today, indicating we have another tourney, "The South Coast 8-ball Championship", June 6th & 7th. So this is a separate tournament from the tournament of Champions? Sorry, fairly inexperienced captain & I missed the meeting!

Yes, the South Coast Championships (aka team regionals) is a separate tournament. Teams qualify for the South Coast Championships through the Tournament of Champions, and winners at the South Coast Championships advance to the National Team Championships in August.
If you look at the bracket for the 8-Ball TOC, you will see that fourteen teams have already advanced (with byes) to the round that qualifies them for the South Coast Championships. Letters have or are being sent to the captains of those teams so they have adequate time to get the forms filled out before the tournament.
