The League Office is closed from Thursday, August 20 through Saturday, August 29 while we attend the National Team Championships in Las Vegas. We will re-open Sunday, August 30 after we return.
Stats and playoff information have been updated for the Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday divisions (except Ojai 9-Ball). Wednesday and Thursday divisions will not be updated until after we return.

For those who have never attended the Nationals, Taz and Phil put in a lot of time to help run the event. You will see Taz at registration, the Mini Mania room, and the main event room. Phil plays golf, watches pool matches, then plays golf.
They also meet and greet every team, and watch many of our matches. Few league operators are as visible. We are lucky.
Thanks Taz and Phil for the support and extra effort. It is greatly appreciated.

| If someone gets any updates on how our areas teams are doing please post it. I don't want to call my friends on bad action to find out. I am afraid that I would wake them up or cause them to miss a shot in a match. |

If you go to the APA national website they have a link that will show you everything from the tournament. They usually update it after each round so you can see what teams are still in or what position they went out in.
I suggest to anyone that has not been to one of these tournaments to go and check it out. You will be amazed at the number of teams, people, tables, and everything happening there. Go cheer on a team from your area and play in some mini tournaments, it is a blast. |

Hey! Not nice!
Sure, I did play some golf last week, but it was in the heat so I was miserable. 
Between suffering in the heat, I also managed to put in about 60 hours observing matches, taking photos, and doing other behind-the-scenes stuff with the APA.
Anyway, we're back now. Stats and playoff information have been updated for the Wed/Thu divisions.
