All teams advancing to the South Coast Championships still have to go through the Handicap Review Process. The handicaps currently posted may still change, not to mention the Skill Level Certification form that each player MUST fill out and sign prior to the tournament.
taz i never received my skill level evaluation sheet for my monday team. i was just wondering if you were going to put it in our paperwork or if i should come by and pick it up. Thank you
Just for that comment, I'm bumping you off the roster. By the way, your name is on our plaque despite having played zero matches. I'm sorry we couldn't get you a trophy too.
I once handed a friend and teammate of mine a trophy even though he wasn't able to show to any of the matches. This was due to family health issues. When I handed it to him at work a coworker asked why he got a trophy. He responded for managing. The coworker also being in the league knew he never even showed said managing what. My friend then said (the best line ever under these types of circumstances) and I quote "Managing to not show up."
I know this has nothing to do with anything but its funny and the posts before it reminded me of this time.
Oh and his family member was able to get better too.
"Every player must enter Higher Level Tournaments (Local Level and up)with the highest session-ending handicap he had from the time his team became qualified to his Spring Session-ending handicap."
Please confirm for me if this means I have to play in the Regionals as a 5, even though my SL has recently dropped to a 4.
