Ive been working on this alot, and after I get to a point where im running this out, and then play a regular rack, I shoot much better. It helps with alot of things, and even if you cant get through it, remember, what you are learning while trying is priceless....Just thought I would share...It will make you mad trying....But stick with it!!! its rewarding to run it out...click this> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cb7froKR3Hc

Excellent suggestion Jeff. I have a book of drills I made up that I have picked up over the years and I will definitly add this one to it. every player regardless of skill could benifit from this drill. We should have more posts like this one, giving us ways to improve our games.

My pleasure, its really helping my game tremendously, makes me stop hitting so hard, ads finess, But I will drift back to my old style after a couple dozen balls unfortunately. Darn muscle memory is huge, but the more you do it, the more you change the memory....enjoy.
