| The dates are set. March 23-25, 2007. We will have the rest of the information (package price) upon returning from our Regional Meetings. Don't forget, it's never too early to send in a deposit and reserve a slot! |

12th Annual Southwest Challenge (8-Ball) is set for March 23-25, 2007. The package prize is $420 which covers one room for three nights ($89x3), entry fee of $93 per team and $20 green fee per player. As usual, rooms will be reserved for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (22-23-24). Additional rooms and/or nights will be available at the $89 rate. The semi-finals and finals will be played on Sunday, March 25. You can secure a slot in the tournament by sending in a deposit through your team envelopes.
Last year's event was only 4 spots away from being full (256 team field). Don't wait too long to secure a slot or you might end up left out of this one! |

As of today, we only have 5 slots reserved (deposits received). This might be the smallest showing ever from our league area. Other areas are asking for more slots and we may have no choice but to release our slots to them. If you plan to attend this event, please get your deposit turned in right away.
FYI - The Riviera Convention Center is now a non-smoking venue. |

Am planning on having a team.
Will get a check done tonite. Was trying to figure out if between my Monday and Wednesday was going to have 1 or 2 teams. We ended up with 4 people wanting and available to play, so if there are 2 people who could use a 3, 4 , or 5 a second team would be possible as we are way under the cap. |
